The SALT Academy trains youths through a community-based football program, incorporating life skills and vocational training. SALT believes that football can create a space where traditional gender roles can be revisited and reconciled in a respectful and tolerant manner. SALT’s Mighty Girls Program gives exceptional young female players an opportunity to receive high-level education. SALT also provides shelter for girls at risk of human trafficking.
