Capacity Building Program
Based on our service and advocacy experience in Taiwan, Garden of Hope Foundation have actively shared and exchange experience and insights with other like-minded organizations in Asian countries, with a goal to build an environment free from gender-based violence (GBV) across Asia and even the whole world.
The Capacity Building Program (CBP) aims to strengthen the capacity of professionals working on GBV response and prevention across Asia. By applying a survivor-journey design, the program enables participants to gain practice-based, system-level knowledge about how a coordinated, multi-sectoral GBV response system operates in real-world contexts.
With a strong focus on action-oriented learning and cross-sector dialogue, particularly between civil society organizations and government actors, participants are expected to translate program learning into concrete actions—strengthening services, improving coordination, and advocating for system-level change in their home countries.
